What elements do you need to make Sand in Little Alchemy 2
If you think of the real world and how humans actually make sand, you would know that sand is a naturally occurring element. We can find it on beaches, in deserts, and occasionally even traces of it in natural stone formations. And the same should technically hold true in Little Alchemy 2 right? Well, yes, mostly. In the real world, Sand is made up of silica particles, but since we don’t have silica (or the means to make it) in the game, we have to be creative. One of the easiest ways to make Sand in Little Alchemy 2 is by eroding Stones using Air. You can alternatively also do it by either eroding Pebbles, or using Philosophy to break down a Stone.
How to make Sand in Little Alchemy 2
There are three major recipes for making sand in Little Alchemy 2 that we are covering from start to finish below.
1. Sand from Stone and Air
The first way to make Sand in Little Alchemy 2 is by combining Stone with Pressure. To do this, the first ingredient that you need to form Sand is Pressure. Pressure is used to erode and break down the Stone and eventually crush it into fine particles of Sand. While Pressure may seem tricky to make, it is simply done by combining Air with Air. The second step is to make a Stone. This is done by either combining Earth with pressure, or by combining Lava with Water. In turn, these will both form a Stone. Once both of these have been done, you can combine a Stone with Air. Both of those elements will then disappear and you will be left with the elusive golden powder that is Sand. In recipe form, this can be written as: Stone (Lava + Air) or Stone (Pressure + Earth) + Air = Sand
2. Sand from Pebble and Pressure
Making Sand from a Pebble and Pressure has the same concept as using Stone and Pressure to make Sand in Little Alchemy 2. The only difference occurs when making a Pebble to use to make Sand. A Pebble can be made in Little Alchemy 2 by combining either Rock, Stone, or Earth, with Small. And the only tricky bit here is to make Small. Small can be made by combining Philosophy with Ant. After this, you can combine Small with Earth, Rock, or Stone, to make a Pebble, and then combine that Pebble with Pressure to make Sand. Pebble (Small + Stone) + Pressure (Air +Air) = Sand
3. Sand from Stones and Philosophy
The most complex way to make Sand in Little Alchemy 2 is by using Philosophy to figuratively break down a Stone. Out of these two, only Philosophy is difficult to make, but that too can easily be done by reading our guide here. Once you have made Philosophy through one of the many different ways you can, you can then combine it with Stone (which we learned to make earlier) to make Sand. Stone (Lava + Air) + Philosophy (Human + Idea) = Sand
